Our Curation & Shipping Philosophy

At Summit Sportz, we partner with a select group of independent brands and artisans who share our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. To ensure you receive the freshest inventory and most direct service, your items are shipped directly from our partner’s specialized warehouses.

1. Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping Times: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the partner's location and your delivery address.

  • Premium Tracking: Once an item leaves a partner's warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

2. Multiple Shipments

Because we curate items from various elite partners, items in a single order may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will not be charged extra for these multiple shipments; it is simply part of our direct-from-artisan fulfillment model.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States.

  • Complimentary Shipping: Orders over $[Insert Amount, e.g., $150] qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Expedited Shipping: Please contact us at coach@summitsportz.com if you require white-glove or expedited delivery options.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international destinations to ensure the integrity of our delivery process.

5. Lost or Damaged Items

In the rare event that a premium item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at coach@summitsportz.com with a photo of the packaging and product. We will coordinate directly with our brand partner to ensure a swift replacement or resolution.
