Our Commitment to Quality

At Summit Sportz, we stand behind the craftsmanship of every item we curate. If a selection does not perfectly complement your home or lifestyle, we are here to facilitate a seamless return process.

1. The Return Window

We accept return requests within 14 days of the date your order was delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original premium tags attached, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please contact our concierge team at coach@summitsportz.com.

  • The Process: Because we partner with independent artisans, we will coordinate with the specific brand partner to provide you with instructions on where to send your package.

  • Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted, as they must be routed back to the original brand’s atelier or warehouse.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. As a premium service provider, we will make it our priority to evaluate the issue and make it right through an immediate replacement or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of boutique items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized goods.

  • Perishable goods (such as specialty food or florals).

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

  • Items marked as Final Sale.

5. Refunds

Once our brand partner receives and inspects your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
