Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Summit. We are committed to delivering your athletic gear, team equipment, and outdoor goods quickly and reliably. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Standard Gear & Apparel: Typically ships within 24–48 hours.

Custom Team Orders / Bulk Gear: Processing times vary depending on personalization or printing requirements. Please refer to your team invoice or contract for specific lead times.
Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., peak holiday seasons or major youth sports season launches), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options for domestic deliveries:
Oversized & Heavy Items: Certain large-scale sports training gear, team benches, or heavy outdoor hardware may incur an additional oversized handling fee. If applicable, this fee will be clearly calculated during your checkout process prior to payment.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours of generation.
4. Damages & Lost Packages
Summit is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit if incorrect shipping details were provided. If you receive your order damaged by the carrier, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim.
5. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping options to select countries. International shipping rates and duties vary significantly based on destination and package dimensions, and will be calculated entirely at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Summit is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.
