How long will it take to get my order? Standard orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout if you need your gear before a big game or trip.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free standard shipping certain products.
Can I track my delivery? Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We want you to love your gear. We accept returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Note: Custom-printed team jerseys or personalized gear cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How do I start a return or exchange? Simply drop us a line at support@yourstore.com with your order number, and our team will send you a prepaid return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.
Are your products covered by a warranty? Yes. We stand behind the durability of our gear. All items are covered against manufacturing defects for up to 1 year from the purchase date. This does not cover normal wear-and-tear from heavy use on the field or trail.
